These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our air conditioner repair and maintenance services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read this document carefully.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers utilizing our air conditioning repair and maintenance services.
1.2. By requesting our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
2. Eligibility for Services
2.1. Our air conditioning repair and maintenance services are available to all residential and commercial customers.
2.2. Customers must provide accurate information regarding their air conditioner’s model, age, and condition to ensure the appropriate service is provided.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if the air conditioning unit is deemed irreparable or if the customer fails to provide accurate information.
3. Service Requests and Appointments
3.1. All service requests must be made in advance by contacting our customer support team through the provided communication channels.
3.2. Upon confirming your service request, we will schedule a technician visit at a mutually agreed-upon time.
3.3. Customers are required to be present during the scheduled service visit, or alternative arrangements must be made in advance.
3.4. If the customer fails to provide access to the premises or reschedules the service with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Scope of Services
4.1. Our services include the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning units.
4.2. We will inspect the system for any defects, clean air filters, check coolant levels, ensure proper operation, and replace faulty components if necessary.
4.3. Any repairs beyond standard maintenance may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer beforehand.
4.4. Customers are provided with a detailed invoice outlining the services performed and any additional charges for replacement parts or specialized services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Customers must ensure the air conditioning unit is easily accessible to our technicians, free from any obstruction.
5.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the air conditioner’s history, including previous repairs or issues that may assist in diagnosing the problem.
5.3. In the event that the customer requests additional services beyond the initial scope, these will be billed separately, and customer approval will be required.
5.4. Customers must notify us immediately if there are any issues or concerns after service completion, so we can address them promptly.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1. The cost of service is based on the type of service requested (repair, maintenance, installation), as well as the complexity of the work involved.
6.2. A service fee may be charged for diagnostic visits if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair or maintenance.
6.3. Payments for services rendered must be completed in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
7. Warranty and Repairs
7.1. We offer a warranty on parts and labor for all repair services. The duration of the warranty will depend on the specific part replaced or repaired.
7.2. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or external factors like power surges or improper installation.
7.3. Any warranty claims must be made within the specified period from the date of service and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1. While we strive to provide high-quality repair and maintenance services, we do not guarantee the complete elimination of all problems with the air conditioning unit.
8.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the malfunction of the air conditioning unit.
8.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service performed, and no further claims will be accepted beyond this amount.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
9.1. Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit will incur a cancellation fee.
9.2. If our technician is unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lack of necessary parts, technical difficulties), we will work with the customer to reschedule the service at no additional charge.
9.3. In the case of severe weather conditions or emergencies, we reserve the right to postpone services for safety reasons.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. This may include contact information and details about the air conditioning unit.
10.2. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
10.3. Customers have the right to request access to the personal data we hold and may request its deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
11.2. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through communication and negotiation.
12. Additional Terms
12.1. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to air conditioning maintenance and repair.
12.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and our company. Any amendments or changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
